Day 1 Arrive in Brisbane and pick up your vehicle before spending the rest of
the day experiencing the relaxed atmosphere and local highlights Brisbane has
to offer. Brisbane is a modern vibrant city, offering many exciting theme parks,
shopping, great beaches and relaxation! Visit some of its great attractions, eateries
or café's. A visit to Streets Beach is a must.

2 (Suggestion Only): Brisbane to Noosa - 140kms
Day 2 Travel the 140 km from
Brisbane to Noosa. Depending on your interests take a break at the prosperous
dairy centre of Caboulture and Glass House Mountain with its vista of volcanic
crags protruding from the coastal plain. Before continuing up the coast to Noosa
you also have the option to visit the beautiful beaches of Maroochydore . Noosa
offers everything from boutique shopping and exquisite cuisine to picnics on the
beach. For the more adventurous the small, but very beautiful Noosa National Park
situated on Noosa's head is full of great walks and wildlife.

3 (Suggestion Only): Noosa to Hervey Bay - 183 kms
Day 3 An early start travelling
from Noosa to Hervey Bay, stopping off & exploring the scenery and attractions
around the Great Sandy National Park including Rainbow Beach. Whale watching is
a favourite past time at Hervey Bay between August and early November. The fishing
is great and the beaches superb. Hervey Bay is the gateway to Fraser Island, a
must for all adventurers!

4 (Suggestion Only): Around Hervey Bay incl visit Fraser Island (optional)
Day
4 is a full day at Harvey Bay with a recommended day trip to Fraser Island. A
world Heritage listed park, Fraser Island is one of Australia's great attractions.
A scenic flight is a fantastic way to see the true magic of this gigantic sandbar,
take a dip in a crystal clear freshwater lake and maybe spot a dingo or 2!. If
Fraser Island is not part of your plans; enjoy a relaxing day on one of the Sublime
beaches of Hervey Bay. During the whale watching season (mid July - early August)
you can take a cruise to catch a glimpse of these majestic creatures as they make
their annual migration. (Discounts are included in package).

5 (Suggestion Only): Hervey Bay to Bundaberg - 114 kms
Day 5 has you leaving
Hervey Bay and travelling to a typical Australian town, Bundaberg (or Bundy to
the locals). It offers many sights including, the nearby turtle rookery (Nov-Mar),
the famous Bundaberg Rum Distillery or a trip down to the mouth of the Burnett
river on the "Bundy Belle. Bundaberg is the True Gateway to the Southern
Great Barrier Reef with many opportunities to take a day tour to explore the wonders
of teh great barrier Reef including the simply stunning Lady Elliot Island. Throughout
the Bundaberg region there is a sense of history mixed with wilderness adventure,
rural experiences and warm country hospitality.

6 (Suggestion Only): Bundaberg to Rockhampton - 312 kms
An early start will see
you at Miriam Vale before turning off to the picturesque coastal towns of Agnes
Water and The Town Of 1770. Agnes Water boasts Queenslands most Northern surf
beach while 5kms away you'll find the laid back relaxed community of 1770. Check
out the view from the Bustard Head Lighthouse before tracking back to the highway
and heading on to Rockhampton. Rockhampton spans the Tropic Of Capricorn and is
the self proclaimed "beef capital" of Australia. Here you can enjoy
the very best of Reef 'n' Beef! The Capricorn Caves are another great attraction

Enjoying a mixture of inland
and coastal scenery on your journey North, make a detour to the stunning orchid
gardens with landscaped waterfalls and moats. Alternatively take a 2 hour wagon
tour at Polston Sugar Cane Farm. On Arrival into Mackay learn about the mining,
agriculture and tourism that power this vibrant regional city. Mackay is an excellent
base for exploring the Eungella National Park and Finch Hatton Gorge waterfall.

or a bushwalk on one of the many tracks in The Conway Range behind Airlie Beach.

Not only is Townsville
a hub of military activity, you can enjoy some time on the sweeping esplanade
at one of the many cafes or head up Castle Hill for for some stellar views over
the city. Check out the worlds largest living coral reef aquarium at Reef HQ or
the short trip over to Magnetic Island on the ferry (discounts available as part
of package). Once on Magnetic Island , there is a hop on hop off bus to take you
around the various bays.

Head off early towards
spectacular Mission Beach Innisfail, A fully flexible day with the opportunity
to explore some of the attractions in beautiful Mission Beach at your own pace.
Simply spend the day at the beach or take a day trip out to Dunk Island or the
Great Barrier Reef. If you want to keep your feet dry, there are many scenic walking
tracks.

12 (Suggestion Only): Mission Beach to Cairns - 128km
From Mission Beach start
travelling back towards Cairns stopping off at attractions of interest before
entering the magnificent waterfalls and swimming holes of Josephine Falls. Millaa
Millaa Falls is just a short detour inland at Innisfail. If you need some crocodile
interaction, visit the Johnstone River Crocodile Farm or historic Paronella Park
(10% discounts for both as part of package). Stop at one of the many pubs at Gordonvale
(where the first cane toads were released) for an afternoon snack before returning
your vehicle to the depot in Cairns. Please note Vehicle needs to be returned before 4pm.
