Day 1 Arrive in Adelaide and pick up your vehicle before beginning your holiday.
Depending on your interests, spend some time admiring the many gardens, cultural
and culinary attractions and magnificent buildings around Adelaide before heading
to the highly awarded McLaren Vale Wine Region. On arrival in McLaren Vale, spend
time exploring some of the 45 wineries which are within close proximity to each
other or take the time to enjoy the suberb views from Mnt Magnificent or relax
on some of the fine coastal beaches. Your Travel pack includes

MacLaren Vale to Kangaroo Island
Day
2 depart the McLaren Vale Region at whatever time of day suits. Make your way
south to Cape Jervis where you will board the vehicle ferry for your crossing
to Kangaroo Island. Spend the rest of the day exploring the spectacular coastal
scenery, conservation areas and patches of eucalypt forests that are a distinct
part of this popular destination. Spend your time watching the sea lions, kangaroos
and penguins that abound or relax and soak up the relaxed atmosphere that the

Around Kangaroo Island

full day to explore Kangaroo Island including

entitles you to access Seal Bay Boardwalk as well as guided tours at Seal Bay,
Kelly Hill Caves, Cape Borda and Cape Willoughby. You are
allowed to drive on all unsealed roads within Kangaroo Island so you don't miss

region. Victor Harbour's populararity as a holiday destination amongst Adelaidians
is easy to understand. Visit popular Granite Island and explore the picturesque
coastal scenery including the Bluff at Encounter Bay. Penguin walks are held on

brands such as Wolf Blass, Penfolds, Seppelts . The region is best known for its
shiraz and reislings and with 50 wineries in the region there is something to
suite everyone's interests and taste. The region has a strong German influence
which is obvious in many of the regions historic towns and buildings. Your

6 has you transitioning from the Barossa to the Clare Valley (South Australia's

of farms and small villages. The region is famous for its reislings and its historic
towns, which in the most have remained unchanged since the 1840s.

that define Adelaides appeal to tourists. A popular
activity is to drive or take the vintage tram to Glenelg and unwind on Adelaide's
most popular and picturesque beach and beachside location. Your Travel pack includes specific information and
